Looking Back:
For this lab I did disappearing ink. The materials I used were:
This project worked really well because when I added the ethanol it turned milky white. When I added the hydroxide it turned a magenta pink color. After I mixed it all together I tested it out on a piece of white paper, I wrote my name and it instantly disappeared.

Looking Beyond:
This experiment was really cool I was really impressed with my results. I thought the chemical reaction was really cool i found it interesting that when I added the hydroxide it turned it
Looking Inward:
My results for the project came out really well. I really want to do this project again but add different chemicals and see what I get.
Looking Outward:
For this lab I decided to work by myself. I really enjoyed doing a lab by myself because I took control of what I wanted to do. I got help from Mrs.Gruby. I think if I would do this project again I would be open to work with someone else, so we could create different colors and make an art piece. Also experimenting around with it.
Looking Forward:
If I were to do this again I would add paint to it to see if it would change the results. The paint could create a chemical reaction and what would happen. I would choose to work with Darcy because I work well with her. If I would continue this lab I would make a painting on a canvas.
Take Aways:
What I took away from this experiment was spreading my wings and working by myself.
